Ordering & Shipping Information
What do I need to place an order?
To place an order, you must be over 19 years of age, you must have a valid shipping address in Canada and have Interac e-transfer set up for payment purposes. We will send the e-transfer details in the order confirmation email.
I can’t find my confirmation email after placing an order?
Following placing an order, you should have received an email confirmation with your order details and payment instructions. Make sure you look through your junk/spam folder as well. If you still don’t find it, let us know and we will send you another one.
How are packages shipped?
All packages are shipped in smell-proof, unmarked packaging, free of any branding or advertisements. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.
What’s the estimated shipping times?
Canada Post’s average shipping times take between two to four business days to most areas of the country. Please note that these are based on Canada Post estimates, and only applies to items sent between most major cities. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions and other factors.
Can I track my order?
All packages will be sent with a Canada Post tracking code. The tracking code will be forwarded to you in a confirmation email once it has been shipped.
What is your policy on lost packages?
If your parcel is missing in transit we will create a ticket with Canada Post to investigate. If the order shows it’s been successfully delivered, we are unable to reimburse or re-send the parcel.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within Canada.
Do you ship to Nunavut?
We ship to Nunavut, but the recipient is fully liable for whether or not the parcel arrives. If the package does not get successfully delivered, it is at the loss of the customer unfortunately and we cannot send a replacement.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently only accept Interac e-transfer for payments on orders. Once you have placed an order, we will send the e-transfer details to your email. Please follow the instructions and include your order number, the security question and answer for the e-transfer.
I forgot to add my order number to my e-transfer, what do I do?
We are unable to accept e-transfers without knowing the order number and which specific order to apply it to, we recommend you simply cancel your eTransfer and resend it, ensuring you include your order number.
What will happen to my order if a payment is not submitted?
After placing your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interac e-transfer, so we can process your order. Your order will be on hold until we receive your e-transfer. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled.
